Forensic Photography Course

This course, offered by the Newfoundland and Labrador Beekeeping Association, is designed to demystify photography. Regardless if your goal is to create artistic images, promotional photos, or images for research, you will see that every photo is based on a simple formula. Even if you have never held a camera before, by the end of the two nights you will be able to use the formula to create usable images.

Members - No Cost
Members of Maritime Associations - $20

Posted:Wed, Mar 4th, 2020 8:06:53 pmThe Wild Blueberry Pollination Expansion Program aims to increase the number of honeybee hives available for wild blueberry pollination in the province by assisting registered Nova Scotia beekeepers with expanding their operations.
This Program opens April 1, 2021, with an application deadline of September 1, 2021.
Program guidelines are now available on the Nova Scotia Programs website.

Posted:Tue, Jan 21st, 2020 9:19:40 amThe upcoming 4th Annual Beekeeper Symposium and Nova Scotia Beekeepers’ Association Annual General Meeting will take place February 19th-20th, 2021.
Due to COVID-19 and the health protocols that are in place, this year’s event will be held virtually and include some interesting reports and talks from keynote speakers. The session on Friday, February 19th is expected to take place in the evening and re-commence the morning of Saturday, February 20th.
An agenda and registration details will be made available in the coming weeks.
